Clients may cancel a project at any time. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover the time and resources already utilized.
3. Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been completed and approved at various milestones. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please raise your concerns immediately so we can address them.
4. Hosting and Maintenance
Payments for hosting and maintenance services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Cancellations for future periods must be made 14 days in advance.
